The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin (PSC) has scheduled upcoming hearings regarding Sinnissippi Solar Energy LLC’s proposal to build a 100‑megawatt solar generation facility, along with a collector substation and transmission tie line in the Towns of Watertown, Ixonia, and Concord.

A party hearing session will be held virtually on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Members of the public may watch via Zoom.

Two public hearing sessions will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the Johnson Creek Community Center, 417 Union Street. Community members may attend in person or join online via Zoom. A call‑in option is also available for those without reliable internet.

Residents may also submit written comments through November 9, 2026, either online or by mail to the PSC.
