The Town of Ixonia Fire Department is accepting applications for the position of Full-Time Firefighter / MPO / A-EMT. This recruitment will fill the current vacancy and establish an eligibility list for future full-time or part-time openings.
The Town of Ixonia Fire Department provides Fire and EMS services to the Towns of Ixonia, Concord, and Watertown.
Full-Time Firefighter/MPO/A-EMTs perform a wide range of duties including emergency response, fire suppression, EMS care, inspections, prevention activities, data management, administrative support, and maintenance of facilities and apparatus. Candidates must be self-motivated, professional, and committed to public service.

The Town of Ixonia, Wisconsin is seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking individual to join our full-time Highway Department team. Every workday is different and if you are ready to apply your work experience to a variety of responsibilities then this is the position for you. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of roads, forestry, snow plowing, vehicle and equipment operations, buildings and facilities, and general maintenance for the Town of Ixonia.
Pay depends on qualifications, with an excellent benefit package, including health insurance, participation in Wisconsin Retirement System and paid time off and much more.
Hours of operation are from 6:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 6:30 am to 10:30 am on Fridays.
