Need a Dog License or Other Forms?

Please visit our Forms & Licenses page to:

1) Apply for dog licenses (required for all dogs over 5 months old)

2) Download applications for alcohol beverage operators, park rentals, town hall rentals, special events, and direct sellers/mobile merchant license

3) Find all necessary instructions and fees

Keep your dog licensed by March 31st to avoid late fees, and remember to include a current rabies vaccination certificate when applying.
