Notice: Delinquent Utility Accounts

The Ixonia Utility District recently mailed out notices to property owners with outstanding utility balances. These letters were sent in accordance with Wisconsin State Statute 66.0809(3), which allows delinquent utility charges to be added to property tax bills if not paid by the deadline.

What You Need to Know:

• The notice reflects balances as of September 30, 2025—prior to the October utility billing cycle (which covers September usage)

• To avoid a 10% penalty and having the delinquent amount added to your 2025 property tax bill, outstanding payments must be received by Monday, November 3, 2025.

  • Online/Credit Card Payments: Please allow time for processing—credit card payments must be completed by Friday, October 31st to ensure timely posting.
